C-B Gear is proud to show off
our 90,000 square foot facility. The picture above only shows
one bay of our facility. Our first bay is dedicated to general
machining, while our last two bays are dedicated to gear
manufacturing. The first bay is complete with CNC millers, and
CNC lathes. Our shop provides us with the capabilities to serve
your needs all in-house. We always encourage our customers and
potential customers to come and visit our shop.
Gearbox Repair
Thirty thousand square feet
of our facility is dedicated towards gearbox repair. In order
to insure a quality gearbox product, we have isolated our
gearbox repair away from manufacturing. A clean environment
helps insure our customers of a quality product.
Manufacturing
Sixty thousand square feet of
our facility is dedicated towards gearing and machining. C-B
Gear has over 200 machines which include, but are not limited to
lathes, mills, threaders, shapers, hobbers, and grinders.
