Q:  Are you able to manufacture a gear without prints? 

A:  Yes, we are able to manufacture a gear from a sample

Q:  What quality inspection reports do you provide? 

A:  As received, In-Process, final inspection, and grinding reports.

Q:  How do you know what material to make it out of? 

A:  A laboratory test is done on the sample to determine what material is needed.

Q:  What AGMA Quality are you capable of manufacturing? 

A:  AGMA Quality 15 (Dinn 1)

Q:  What heat treating methods do you use? 

A:  Carburized and hardened, Thru-hardened, induction hardening, and flame hardening

Q:  What's the largest O.D. you can turn?

A:  20 foot

Q:  Do you weld up teeth and recut? 

A:  No, because the loss temper produces an unstable gear with little life

Q:  Do you work with ABS and DNV? 

A:  Yes, we work closely with both these organizations

Q:  Are you a 24 hour emergency repair center? 

A:  Yes, we work around the clock on an as needed basis

Q:  Are you able to do field service? 

A:  Yes, please call for a competitive rate.

Q:  Are you able to do failure analysis? 

A:  Yes
